KYOTO EXPERIMENT 2016 SPRING フリンジ企画「オープンエントリー作品」2016年 3月21日（月祝） 混沌の首 ライブ公演   「Gate of DAWN」すなわち〈暁の門〉。潜在意識を遡行し、幾重の門を開いた先に現れる ものは何か? このライブ/舞台は、同時に密教系芸術集団〈混沌の首〉による儀式でも ある。高野山真言宗僧侶・羅入の真言、石川雷太(Erehwon)の金属ジャンクを用いたイン ダストリアルノイズ、戸隠神社などで奉ずる 植田昌吾の和太鼓、金尾秀和のドローンノイ ズ、根國へ開くごとき平田マリアの映像、神林和雄の荘厳なる舞踏/供養舞い、瞑想者達 はトランス状態で深淵へと向かう。 重層的な体感型の舞台となります。ぜひ儀式への参列や祭りへの参加の様な積極的な 意識でご覧下さい。 “Gate of Dawn”. Why you will see after opening several gates and going through your subconsciousness? This live performance is also the rite that is conducted by esoteric Buddhism art group, Neck of Chaos. Chants by Laju ( Koyasan Shingon-shu Buddhist priestess), metal junk industrial noise by Ishikawa Raita ( Erehwon ), Japanese drums by Ueda Shogo ( he played them at several shrines ), drone noise by Kanao Hidekazu, projection that brings you to the underground realm by Hirata Maria, beautiful Butoh/dance for the dead by Kanbayashi Kazuo, meditators go to the trance depth. It is multidimentional and interactive performance. Please come with positive attitude as you go to some rites or festivals. ■ 混沌の首／Neck of Chaos 2008年発足。美術家、宗教家、音楽家、ダンサー、舞踏家、役者な どにて構成される密教系芸術集 団。インダストリアルなノイズ音楽をバックに瞑想者と呼ばれるメンバーが鐘や太鼓を打ち鳴らし ながら激しく踊る様は、現代の 踊り念 仏と評される。「根源への回帰」の儀式でもあるそのライブ/ 舞台は、時に日没から夜明けまで行われる。全国のアートフェスティバル、神社仏閣、大学、ギャラ リー、ライブハウス等で活動中。 ■Kondon no kubi / Neck of Chaos Founded in 2008. esoteric Buddhism art group. Its members are artists,priestess, musicians, Butoh dancers and actors. Their performance is called contemporary Odori-Nenbutsu (dancing chant). Meditators dance furiously with banging bells and drums. It is also the rite to go back to the roots and they do that, sometimes, from sunset to dawn.
